Brenda Hanerhoff, as Practice Administrator, plans and implements all marketing efforts for the practice. She also handles human resources, public relations, and specific business administration projects. Brenda retired as Executive Vice President from E. W.McDaniels Marketing Communications after 25 years of service. She remains a stockholder and is the Vice President of the Board of Directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rockford College and is certified in secondary education in the state of Illinois. In her spare time, she enjoys working in her gardens at home as well as volunteering in the community. She practices Yoga and takes her fitness seriously. As a member of several book clubs, she is a voracious reader, many times with several books going at one time. She is a proud Grammie to her two grandchildren.
Marcus Hanerhoff, grew up in central Illinois and now resides in Iowa. He is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in both Illinois and Iowa. He enjoys working with his patients to provide them a better quality of life by interfacing the newest technologies with their hearing acuity. In his spare time, Marcus enjoys working on and maintaining his 100+ year old home in Davenport, playing recreational/competitive volleyball, and competing in strong man competitions.
James Hanerhoff, a lifelong resident of the state of Illinois holds National Board Certification by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Studies. He is a member of the International Hearing Society and sits on its Managed Care and Compliance Board. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Illinois Hearing Society having served as its Treasurer and Vice-President. He is a graduate of the American Academy of Audioprosthology. He is licensed by the states of Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and specializes in the fitting of custom digital hearing aids as well as custom hearing protection and musician in-ear monitors. He has two grown children of which his son, is a State Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in both Illinois and Iowa, and his daughter is a Urologic Oncologist with MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, working on cars, and spending time traveling with his wife of nearly 40 years to visit their grandchildren. He is an avid amateur golfer who competes annually in the John Deere Classic Pro-Am at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, IL.
